Now we can go upstairs. This area has fitted carpet throughout and has spectacular sea views. There is a hallway at the top of the stairs. This has built into it a large airing cupboard and off the hallway leads to the upstairs winter lounge. This is above the Summer lounge and is a similar size. On the seaward end there is a floor to ceiling window with great views and on the other end of the lounge there is a large window as there is on the third wall. The fourth wall has an Adam fireplace fitted with a white marble hearth. The rooms in Breakers are exception light and this is no exception. I will get the tape measure out for dimensions but at the moment the site is still underway...................
